Yet another idea for generating money

I read a lot about this idea but never tried it.
I will try it and publish the results that I get.
But I thought of sharing it with you too.
Say you went and bought a domain from my lists.
Why not lease it, a bit like “Buy to let”? And offer a reward for any improvements they achieve?
I’ll try and do the same with http://www.99adz.com/ and publish my findings.
